I would encourage people not to post their home (US mail) addresses to the bulletin board, especially if you have artifacts or other items of value. Thieves might track you down.
I am happy to keep your (physical or email) address private if you care to send it to me. I avoid revealing an address without permission. So if Jack leaves me his address and Jill wants to contact him, I will ask her if I can send her address to Jack. If so, then I'll let Jack know that Jill is trying to contact him and will give him her address. But I will use my judgement if need be.
